Can I still order online?

Yes, we are still operating and delivering online orders as normal. We are following advice of Public Health of England and should anything change, we will contact our customers.

Should I be concerned about the handling of my order?

As per gov.uk guidelines, there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be spread through post or packages.We encourage the following: 


 • Use alternative delivery options available (such as leave in a safe place) so you do not have to receive parcels directly from the courier or must sign for them.

Have there been any changes to shipping times?

No, our warehouse are currently shipping orders as business as usual. Should this change, we will update our customers. We thank you in advance for your patience and continued support of our business.

Returns & Exchanges

Have you extended your returns policy?

Yes, we have extended our returns policy to 35 days to accommodate for self-isolation restrictions, as long the items meet the terms in our returns policy including a valid proof of purchase, unworn, with tags attached. 

How long will it take for the refund to appear in my account?

Please allow for up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. As our staff are following the recommended guidelines, we have limited staff on site and must adequately quarantine the returns to ensure the health and safety of our staff.
