We strongly believe in our products and want every LNDR customer to be satisfied.

We offer the following, for those times when you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase:

– Return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price within 28 days of receipt.

HOW TO PROCESS:

1/ Returning your items:

Notify us directly at customercare@lndr-ldn.com whether you are returning or exchanging and specify your reason for return using the following reasons:

  • 1. Too Big
  • 2. Too Small
  • 3. Doesn't Suit Me
  • 4. Product Looked Different Online
  • 5. Ordered More Than 1
  • 6. Poor Quality
  • 7. Faulty
  • 8. Exchange
  • 9. Other - please provide comments.

  • Returning your parcel from within the U.S is free of charge. Enclosed in your order will be one UPS shipping label. Please repack your item in the reusable LNDR packaging and attach the printed address label to the outside of the parcel.


    2/ Booking your collection online:

  • Have your UPS return label ready, noting the tracking number # on your return label. This will be an 18-digit number, starting with 1Z.
  • Follow this UPS link Schedule a Pick Up
  • Select "yes" to having a shipping label.
  • Add the UPS tracking number from you return label.
  • Schedule pick up and choose your time slot.
  • If you do not have a label in your package, please email customercare@lndr-ldn.com

  • 3/ Dropping off at a UPS service point:

  • Find your nearest drop off point here
  • Attach the return label to your package and drop off at your nearest drop off point.

  • 4/ Booking your collection by phone:

  • Call UPS customer service 1-888-742-5877 and set up a collection, quoting your tracking number

  • 5/ Please be aware your return can take up to 5 days to be delivered back to our warehouse and up to 5 days for the return to be inspected and processed.

    RETURNS POLICY

    All item(s) must be returned within the 28 days of receipt. All items must come back in original and re-saleable condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original LNDR tags attached.

    Following an inspection, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your exchange or refund.

    You will receive an email notification once your refund has been credited.

    Please be aware it may also take a few days for you refund to show in your account.

    Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    If you would like to exchange your product(s), you will be able to do so within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please email LNDR directly at customercare@lndr-ldn.com to request your replacement product(s). If the products(s) are available LNDR will despatch your exchange free of charge. If the product is no longer available, we will find a suitable alternative.
