Returns Policy

We offer all US customers free returns.


We are dedicated to creating technical product that lasts. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, we’ll replace it or work with you on another solution.


Returns are accepted up to 28 days of receipt. 


All items must come back in original and re-saleable condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original LNDR tags attached. 


Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product: original shipping fees will not be refunded.


Following an inspection, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process your exchange or refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back to your original payment method or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned.


Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.


How do I start my refund process?

If you wish to return your product(s), please go to our dedicated returns portal to generate printed or paperless return labels: LNDR Returns 

Returning your parcel within the US is free of charge.

  • Enter your order number, quoting # and the 4 digit number leaving no spaces
  • Enter your shipping address postcode to retrieve your order details
  • Select items that you are returning, the reason for the return and return type
  • Please repack your item in the reusable LNDR packaging
  • If you have printed the label, attach to the outside of the parcel
  • If you have chosen paperless, the courier will attach the label upon collection and leave you with a tracking number
  • If you have any problems with the Returns portal, your order may be outside the returns window. Please contact Customer Care
  • How do I start my exchange process?

    If you wish to exchange your product(s), please go to our dedicated Returns Portal to generate a printed or paperless return labels and confirm which style/size/color you wish to swap into.


    Exchanges within the US are free of charge.

  • Enter your order number, quoting # and the 4 digit number leaving no spaces
  • Enter your shipping address postcode to retrieve your order details
  • Select items that you are returning, the reason for the exchange and add exchange as the return type
  • Please advise what style / color / size you wish to exchange to. Our customer care team will reach out to you to confirm the replacement item details if needed.
  • If the products(s) are available, LNDR will dispatch your exchange free of charge. If these are no longer available, our customer care team will contact you to find a suitable alternative
  • Please repack your item in the reusable LNDR packaging
  • If you have printed the label, attach to the outside of the parcel
  • If you have chosen paperless, the courier will attach the label upon collection and leave you with a tracking number
  • If you have any problems with the Returns Portal, please contact Customer Care

    How do I book my DHL Collection?

    We offer all US customers free returns. Please please go to our dedicated Returns Portal to process your return request and book your DHL drop-off or collection.

    How long does a return or exchange take to process?

    What if my item is incorrect/faulty?

    It doesn't happen often, but if you do have an occasion where you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect item please contact us at customercare@lndr-ldn.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!

    Shipping policy

    LNDR will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been fulfilled. A tracking link will be provided to track your order.


    Please note, we do not accept any PO Box or military shipping addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address, otherwise this could impact your order.

    After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, LNDR cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    Delivery will be made up to three attempts, excluding weekends. If we cannot deliver your order, this will be returned to our warehouse.

    All prices shown on the website are inclusive of sales taxes.
